Winset LLC is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (No. 3408). Winset Investments FZCO is registered in Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (UAE) as a consulting company. Neither registration is a financial services licence. Contact: info@winset.io.
What this page is
This page lets you book a free 20-minute call with Winset. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or investment advice. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice.
The call
The call is free. No one will ask you for money during the call, and we never ask for a deposit to book one. You can cancel or move your call at any time.
Your account and your money
Any trading account is opened by you, in your own name, with a broker of your choice, and is governed by that broker's own terms. Winset never holds, receives or moves client money and cannot withdraw it. You can stop at any time through your broker.
Fees
The fees on this page are a summary. You get the full terms in writing and agree to them before anything starts. Nothing is charged before then. Winset may also receive compensation from the broker as an introducing broker.
Risk
Trading foreign exchange carries a high risk of loss and is not right for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money in your brokerage account. Past results do not guarantee future results. No system can remove risk. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to check that using this service is allowed where you live. This page is not directed at anyone in a country where it would break local law.

The text, images and research on this page belong to Winset. You may not copy or republish them as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Winset is not liable for trading losses, broker actions, technical failures, third-party tools on this page, or any damages arising from the use of this page. Any trading decision you make is your own.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in English. For matters that cannot go to arbitration, the courts of Kingstown have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
